About Me

I’m Sebastian Yepez, a senior at UNLV in my final semester pursuing dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science. My work focuses on machine learning, data science, and building practical systems that turn data into actionable insights, with experience spanning software engineering, data engineering, and risk analytics. I’m especially interested in applying these skills to quantitative finance, where I aim to combine strong mathematical foundations with real-world impact as I transition into industry.
